Hi guys, i'm selling my 1992 Porsche 968 Cabriolet, Tiptronic, Amazon Green, cashmere leather interior,  California car most of its life although currently in Tucson since I got recently re-assigned here by the Air Force.  Approx  105,000 miles.

I am the 3rd owner, I have had the car 8 yrs and used to post many articles and pics of my car when I was active on this forum back around 2002-2005 so I am a huge fan of the car.

The car is not flawless but still looks awesome and runs great, original paint except in the front bumper  which is commonly painted cause of chips (I put a clear bra on it 6 yrs ago, did it myself and posted pics back then).  Did the rear seat conversion and I still have the cabinet, I used seatbelts from  a 944 Turbo. 17-inch rims, 215 fronts, 255 rears, rear are still 90%, fronts are 10% left

Main drawback is the convertible top has deteriorated , it still seals since I patched up some of the tears near the plastic window. front and rear (with plastic window) top  material is about $700 and Labor runs around 500 to replace it. I bought the car with about 69K miles on it 8 yrs ago, mostly a weekend car for me

Lots of maintenance over the years  and I have records, main things are: I did the timing/balance belts about 5 yrs ago (and posted the install at length here on the forum too), Flexplate has been changed 4 yrs ago, tiptronic tranny replaced with a used one about 3 yrs ago. Many leaks on the engine and power steering  system resealed a few months ago, I have pics from when I last opened the valve cover 2 yrs ago that show good teeth on the vario-camshafts gears.  Lots of love poured on this car, mostly by myself, I’m a helicopter mechanic  and a pretty decent wrench.

I hate to sell my car but my upcoming retirement from the Air Force requires me to make way for other plans. Just e-mail "AL" at ninjaz968@yahoo.com,  $10,999 obo
