How to fix cruise control

Howdy Friends,

 

I have a once working cruise control that has stopped. I'm stumped as to how to fix it. Is this pretty easy for the regular Porsche shop to fix or is it pretty difficult? Is it something I could fix with the correct troubleshooting steps? Thanks for any advice.
